Questions I ask Myself before Sleeping

If you want to improve, you have to ask yourself the right questions.

Self-reflection is the key to all personal development. People tend to think it’s about reading the right self-help book, or attending a Tony Robbins seminar, but the truth is, personal development can happen in any moment, anytime, anywhere.

Personal development is an ongoing practice. It’s not a destination. It’s not something you do once and then you’re a “perfect person” for the rest of your life.

I like to really look back and audit how things went, what worked well, what didn’t–and most importantly, what I need to improve upon next in order to continue growing.

Personal development is your ability to continuously ask yourself these questions on a daily basis, and slowly improve over time.

Like water over rocks, who you are is sculpted over years and years.

Here are 5 of the top questions I ask myself before sleeping:

Q1. Did I grow today, as an individual & in my work?

Q2. Who did I help today?

Q3. What did I do well today?

Q4. What did I do today to make myself healthier?

Q5. How can I make tomorrow better?

A new day is the finest time to make a new start, to shed your weaker self, to bring more glory to your natural genius.

Life’s too short to miss out on knowing what it’s like to operate at your highest level?

I pray that you will reach for your supreme self and make at least one choice that will elevate your life.
