Aditya, the CEO of a growing firm, often praised his Executive Assistant, Priya. “She’s exceptional, organized, quick, and completely reliable,” he told anyone who’d listen.
“I can just give her the task & forget about it because I know it shall be done.”

One day, Preeti, the HR Head, decided to see for herself.
She stopped by Aditya’s office under the pretense of a quick chat, but really to observe Priya in action.

Priya didn’t disappoint, every call was handled smoothly, every file in place, every detail right. After watching Priya’s efficiency & productivity for a while, Preeti was genuinely impressed.

During a break, she approached Priya & said “Your boss thinks the world of you and after seeing you in action, I get it, You’re clearly outstanding. Tell me, what’s your secret?”

Priya smiled. “The secret is that I have the best gardener.”

Preeti raised an eyebrow, “Gardener?”

She nodded. “Yes. You just saw the fruit – a glowing report. I’m the healthy tree that produced it. But I didn’t grow alone. Aditya, my boss, is the gardener. He fed me the right fertilizer: appreciation. Not just when I delivered big results, but even when I was just starting out, when I was still a novice, He noticed the little things & nurtured me, That made all the difference.”

Appreciation & training are the right fertilizer.
You need to give the plant the right quantity of water, abundant sunshine and the right fertilizer and then wait for it to bear fruit.

You need to trim the weeds, not uproot the plant.

Nothing delivers result immediately – you need to nurture the plant and then reap the fruit for a long time.

And even after all that, there may be periods when the harvest may not be good – have patience, next time it will be better.

My question to you is; Have you found the best gardener for yourself and are you the best gardener for your staff and families?

Be a good gardener to get the best harvest & stay blessed forever.
