Don’t be in a hurry to judge people.
I try not to judge people mainly because of two reasons, I have too many faults of my own and too many sins that I have committed and secondly everybody is fighting a battle you know nothing about.
Not judging people is about recognizing that everyone is fighting silent battles. Because we rarely have the full picture of someone’s past or current circumstances, making snap assumptions usually says more about our own biases than it does about their character.
It’s easier to judge but the real strength lies in not judging and extending a helping hand.
At the end of the day, none of our lives are perfect. I certainly am not perfect; we are all just humans trying to navigate this experience. We all make mistakes.
The happiest people I know are always evaluating and judging themselves.
The unhappy people are usually evaluating and judging others.
Whenever I’m wanting to judge someone, I always remember the words of Morgan Housel from his book, “The Psychology of Money”, “But realize that not all success is due to hard work, and not all poverty is due to laziness. Keep this in mind when judging people, including yourself.”
Don’t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is about. The more energy you waste comparing your life to someone else’s and trying to be like them, the less energy you have to be who you are, to share your gifts, and to access and experience the profound level of health, wealth, and beauty that come along as a result of you being YOU.
You are unique. Appreciate it and live happily with it.
As Oscar Wilde said, “Be yourself; everyone else is taken.
Don’t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is about.”
Don’t be in a hurry to judge people & Stay Blessed Forever.
