Nelson Mandela said “I never lose. I either win or learn.” And that is the mindset that I try to bring to my life.

All of those things I tried that didn’t work? All those situations that didn’t work out the way I thought they should?
Not failures; but lessons.
Not evidence that I am defective; But information I need to do better for myself.

Fall down seven times, stand up eight” is a Japanese proverb, ‘Nanakorobi Yaoki,’ that encourages resilience & perseverance, emphasizing the importance of getting back up & continuing despite repeated setbacks, setbacks, or failures. It is a reminder that true strength lies in continued effort and determination to overcome challenges, rather than in avoiding failure.

Falling down is how we grow, Staying down is how we die.

Just as a small child falls down and stands up and falls down again as he learns to walk, we too grow and mature in life and in business in the same way.

As the famous Frank Sinatra sang so beautifully through the years,
“Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again.”

Good things come to those who believe,
Better things come to those who have patience &
The best things happen to those who don’t give up.

Fall down seven times, stand up eight & stay blessed forever.
