Ho’oponopono means ‘to make things right’. It is a prayer and a Hawaiian practice for forgiveness.
It is a tradition about learning to forgive and not holding on to grudges. It is a powerful mantra for giving you a clean slate.
If you feel imprisoned by anyone, anything, or by your own thoughts, you are not free. And thus to be free, you must either forgive others who have captivated you, or forgive yourself for your acts of omission or commission, whichever case it be.
According to Ho’oponopono, everything that is your reality is something perceived by your mind. Your connections, the people you know are affected by your inner-self.
The only four things you need to work on are Repentance, Forgiveness, Gratitude, and Love.
Practice Ho’oponopono by saying… I’m sorry – Please forgive me – Thank you – I love you.
Say these words with meaning and feeling multiple times during your day and notice how you feel.
Remember, that forgiveness is a gift you give to yourself. As you forgive yourself, it becomes easier to forgive others.
Let’s start the process, let’s adopt Ho’oponopono at the start of this year and stay blessed forever.
